مرحبا Ier krijgt acht maanden voor kinderporno
Een Ier is door de rechter op Schiphol tot acht maanden cel veroordeeld wegens het bezit van kinderporno. Het Openbaar Ministerie had één jaar geëist.
De 68-jarige man werd vorige maand op de luchthaven betrapt met vijf dvd’s vol ‘schokkende beelden van heel jonge meisjes’, zoals de politierechter het omschreef. De Ier had ze meegenomen uit Thailand, waar hij ze had gekocht in een bar in de toeristenplaats Pattaya.
De man, die in Ierland een blanco strafblad heeft, houdt vol dat hij niet precies wist wat er op de dvd’s stond en dat hij seks met kinderen verwerpelijk vindt. Volgens het OM wist hij dat Pattaya een lustoord is en dat daar films te koop zijn waarop seks met kinderen staat.
